Obituary of Shirley A. Williams

     Woodhull, NY | Shirley A. Williams, 67, of County Route 129, Woodhull, NY, entered into eternal rest at home on Sunday, October 1, 2017.

     Shirley was born at Fort Benning, Georgia on October 24, 1949. She was the daughter of the late Thelma Morrison Boyd.

     She had worked in various jobs through her life but Shirley was first and foremost a mother and homemaker. She was a kind, forgiving and generous lady who adored her children and grandchildren. A woman of strong faith, Shirley was certain of her coming passage to heaven to be reunited with her Lord and awaiting loved ones.

     She is survived by her children, Jason Bromberg of Richardson, TX, Sara (Chris) Fenton of Addison and Sean (Danielle) Williams of Canisteo, her grandchildren, David Carl, Tayzer Fenton,  Aleigha Fenton and Dashle Williams, her former husband, Bob Williams Jr. of Cayuta, NY, special nieces, Tamera Williams and Beth Williams, along with several other nieces and nephews.

     The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 5 from 3 to 5 pm at the H.P. Smith & Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1607 Main St. Woodhull, NY. A memorial service will follow there at 5 pm with Rev. George Waggoner officiating.
