I had the opportunity to work for Oscar last year in Trout Run. It didn’t take me long to figure out the kind of man he was. I enjoyed working with him and his crew. Oscar was a great man, and a damn good pipeliner. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Oscar was blessed. He will be very missed.

Q: What will you never forget about Oscar?
A: I knew him better when I was younger and then we reconnected briefly as an adult. He always had kind words for me. I am so sorry he will be missed our hide and seek days as kids forever remember and how to avoid making his dad mad.
