Jordan Jacob Allen Bacon, 23, of Addison, NY, moved on at Strong Memorial Hospital on Sunday, October 12, 2025 in the company of his family. Jordan is the son of Brett and Tara (Mack) Bacon. Jordan graduated in 2021 from Addison Central High School and Coopers BOCES. Jordan was one of the best mechanics ever. Jordan was a racing enthusiast, he enjoyed racing anything with a motor. He started racing at the age of 5. Jordan is survived by his parents Brett and Tara Bacon, his daughter Oakley Bacon, fiancé Aiyana Cunningham, brother, Tyler (Emily) Mack. Grandparents, Herb and Connie Mack and Deborah Bacon, Aunts and Uncles Clara and Gary Swan, Herbie and Candy Mack, Michael Woughter, Nieces, Joslyn Yarka, Reagan Vance, Roslyn Smith, Dilaney Yarka and nephew Dempsey Yarka and several very special cousins and extended family Ashley, and Chloe Smith. Jordan was preceded in death by his grandpa, Roy Bacon, great grandparents, John and Norma Crane and cousins, John McCarrick, Lora Spencer, Mark Swan, Macy Cady and Brynlee Rae Ward. Friends may call on Thursday, October 16 from 11am-2pm at the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home, 1607 Main St Woodhull, NY. A graveside service and burial will be at 3 pm in Woodhull Cemetery.
