I'm so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a big brother, hero-type of person to me. There are many fond memories of Joe spending time with our family at my parents' house. He never failed in his kindness to this shy, awkward teenager. I'm glad we had a chance to reconnect via FB. My deepest condolences to everyone.

Our deepest condolences from the Gallagher family, Rest in Peace Joe Hannacker He was best friends with my brother Richard growing up in Atlantic City. They were in the Boy Scouts together with my older brother Jack. Joe's father signed Jack's Eagle Scout certification. We became friends when Richard introduced me to Joe in Brigantine when I was about 20. So deeply saddened to hear of his passing.
