Foster O. Decker, 85, of Woodhull NY, passed away December 27, 2025, at the Robert Packer Hospital.
For over ten years Foster ran the Addison community dances. This is a time that he greatly treasured and loved time spent with new and old friends. Since then, he has spent his time tracing his family history and genealogy and enjoyed time in his garden, playing cards, and fishing.
Foster is survived by his daughters Pam Foley, and Christina Decker, both of Watkins Glen NY, son Timothy Decker of Woodhull NY, grandchildren Zyler Decker, Nakisha Hansen, great grandson Ryan and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides his parents, Foster is predeceased by his wife Mary Decker and son Carl Decker.
Family and friends are welcome to a Time of Visitation at the H.P. Smith & Son Inc., Funeral Home, 1607 Mainstreet, Woodhull NY on Wednesday, January 7th from 6pm-8pm.
