Obituary of Ryan Duncan Williams-Treat

Ryan Duncan Williams-Treat, 38 of Frederick County, Virginia passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020, at his home. Ryan was born in 1982 in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, son of Kelli Jo Fish (Danny) and Earl Larue Treat (Gerri). He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving his country from January 2003 until January 2007. He was stationed in San Diego, CA during his years of service. He was presently working for a fencing company in Virginia. Ryan was a member of the VFW in Knoxville, Pennsylvania, a member of the Knoxville Fire Hall, and a member of the Elkland Moose Lodge in Pennsylvania. Along with his parents and step-parents Ryan is survived by sisters, Ashlie Flint (Brody) of Woodhull, New York and Jessica Scheske (Trent) of Firestone, Colorado; brothers, Russell Burns of Stephens City, Virginia, Kolby Treat of Columbus, Ohio, Brent Treat of Johnstown, Colorado, and Edward Fish of Addison, New York; maternal grandparents, Duncan and Dianne Williams; and paternal grandmother, Mary Norma Treat. Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Andrew Claude Treat. A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, October 26 at 3 pm at the Bath National Cemetery, Bath, NY. Rev. Brian Diffenbacher will officiate.
