To the Owlett Family,
My name is Tina, I am the Assistant Manager of Navarro Medical. We were the Primary Care Practice for Franklin Owlett. Mr. Owlett was very special to each and every one of our staff members. His laugh and smile would and could light up a whole room. He would tell us stories that would captivate the whole room and have us in stitches by the end of the story. Frank will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Knowing that he is looking down on us smiling and telling his stories to whom ever will listen to them makes me happy. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends.
