Patricia A. Bartholf, 61, of Mill St., Woodhull, NY, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, in the presence of her loving husband and sons.
Born in Hornell, NY on April 30, 1960, Pat was the daughter of the late Harold and Lillian (Brooks) Greenfield. Following high school she married John Bartholf, who survives.
Pat was a homemaker and a wonderful wife and mother. She loved animals and truly enjoyed the company of her many friends and acquaintances. She attended the Woodhull Community Church.
Surviving Pat is her husband, John Bartholf of Woodhull, her sons, John Bartholf of Hornell and Robert (Ashley) Bartholf of Norwich, NY, her grandson, Robert Bartholf Jr., her siblings, Lance (Sandy) Greenfield of Churchville, NY, Penny Green of Henrietta, NY, David (Elizabeth) Greenfield of Rathbone, NY and Starlene Welch of Illinois along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Lillian Greenfield and siblings, Bruce, Ronald, Joel, Eric, Leon and Kent Greenfield and Sherry Braden.
There will be no services. The family is being assisted by the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY.
