How many stories can I tell about the friendship that Joe and I have had? Way too many to add here but a lot of fond memories for sure. Joe, while living in Elkland where most of the residence called Frogtown, we were friends. My wife and I married in 1980 but Joe, Tom and I had been friends way before I had been married. It so many years ago but seems like only yesterday. I remember Joe with his ability to do anything from carpentry to auto repair. I remember his Kawasaki motorcycle he had. How he loved to ride that bike. I haven’t seen Joe in many years after he had moved to Tuscarora. I know once he married he was happy. I missed the friendship we had but every time we met up in one of the stores in the Painted Post area, we would talk for hours I swear! Joe, I’ve missed talking with you since we moved to Tennessee but now I’ll often think of you when we are back home to visit, and miss not having the ability to run into you at one of those stores there in Painted Post! Fly high my friend until we meet again!
