Roger L. Tillinghast, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the age of 61 in his home in Cameron, NY.
He enjoyed hunting, working on vehicles, and loved square dancing, Johnny Cash and spending time with family and friends. Roger was preceded in death by both parents, Sam Gardner (father), Bernice Tubbs (mother), and adopted parents, Thomas Benjamin Tillinghast, Jr, Edna Ann Tillinghast and first wife, Kathleen Grace Tillinghast.
He survived by his current wife, Connie Hanes-Tillinghast, brother, Sam (Irvan) Tillinghast, sister, Sue Webster, Daughter-Lisa Stiles, sons, Roger L. Tillinghast, Jr. and John Wayne Beuly-Deumer, step sons, Greg Morgan, James Fema, and Kevin Stuart, Jr. and step daughter, Margaret Stuart, along with multiple grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at the Savona Rod & Gun Club, 5907 Bonny Hill Rd, Bath, NY 14810.
