Mona M. Beebe, 77, of Merring Road, Addison, NY, passed away at home on Monday, April 4, 2022 following failing health. Born in Corning, NY on January 16, 1945, Mona was the only child of the late Earl and Harriett (Hallett) Matthewson. She attended school in Woodhull. Mona was a long time employee of Corning Inc., working at Erwin Automotive in the production of ceramic extrusions for the auto industry. She loved all animals, large and small, from horses to kittens, always willing to provide homes for them. Mona was an avid reader but she got the most enjoyment in spending precious time with her beloved family. Mona is survived by her husband, Eugene Beebe of Addison, her daughters, Regina Beadles (Tom Muscoreil, deceased) of Grand Island, NY and Robin (Timothy) Hough of Addison, her step son, Zachary Beebe of Addison, her son in law, Bruce Beadles, her grandchildren, Brianna (Thomas) DeVoe, Kiera Beadles, Tommy, Anthony and Dominic Muscoreil, Devon Hough (Rachel Wilkinson) and Damien Hough (Crystal VanGorden), great grandchildren, Kaylin Beadles-Doll, Dylan Hough, Dawson Hough, Logan Hough, Daniellia Sheff and Nick Sheff, her sister in law and best friend, Louise Brutsman of Addison and her Second Mom, Genevieve Williamson of Greenwood. Following Mona’s wishes, there will be no services. Memorial donations are suggested for your local SPCA or the MacDonald Health Center in Woodhull, NY. Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY.
