James Paul Graham, 86, of Hammondsport, NY passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital in Bath.
Born in Hornell on November 22, 1935, Paul was the son of the late John P. Graham and Gertrude Johnson Graham. He was a graduate of Troupsburg Central School.
Paul was employed for 14 years by the Ingersoll Rand Co. in Painted Post. He thereafter was attracted to the career of truck driving. He worked for several years for Keith Paddock & Son in Jasper as a driver and eventually went to work for the Penn Yan Express from where he retired in 1993.
Paul is survived by his wife of 45 years, Velma E. Allen Graham of Hammondsport, his son, Kevin (Vicky) Graham of Howard, his grandsons, Josh (Addy) Graham and Jacob Graham and his granddaughter, Melissa Graham.
Paul will be laid to rest in Woodhull Cemetery.
Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY.
