William C. Hadley, 63, of Bunker Hill Road, Tuscarora, NY, passed away at his home on Monday, June 20, 2022. Born in Montour Falls, NY on July 25, 1958, Bill was the son of the late Leon Robert and Tillie May (Elliott) Hadley. He grew up in Monterey and attended Bradford Central School. Bill had once worked as a truck driver including being a delivery driver for Drake Oil Co. in Syracuse. His last employment was as a machine operator at Trayer Products in Elmira. He was a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast and always looked forward to participating in the annual Pride Ride held every year in the area. He enjoyed mechanical work on cars and also likes to build model cars from kits. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his partner, Carol Andrews of Tuscarora, his siblings. Robert (Linda) Hadley of Dundee, Diane (Dave) O’Bryan of Montour Falls, Connie Graham of Bath and Rena (Joe) Eaton of Bath, his step children, Shelby (Austin) Morseman of Elmira and Ryan (Felicia) Morseman of Horseheads, his grandchildren, Theia Morseman and Koda Morseman, several nieces and nephews, his longtime friends, Rita and David Cunningham and his faithful dog Devin. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Tillie Hadley and by his brother, Frank Hadley. A Life Celebration ad Time of Remembrance for Bill will be held on Sunday, June 26 at the Tuscarora Fire Station, Cty. Rte. 85, Tuscarora, NY commencing at 1:00 pm. The family is being assisted by the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY.
