Robert L. Crane, 75, of William St., Addison, NY, formerly of Richmond, VA, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Corning Hospital.
Born on April 19, 1947 in Corning, Bob was the son of the late Lawrence and Lillian StropeCrane. He attended school in Addison.
Prior to his retirement, Bob had worked as a heavy equipment operator for APAC Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia. In his later years, he returned to his hometown of Addison.
He is survived by his children, Michelle Ogle and Jason Crane, both of Virginia, his grandchildren, Skyler, Kaly and Hannah, his former wife, Karol Crane, several siblings, nieces and nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Barbara Randall and Elizabeth Reed and his brother, Gary Crane.
A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, August 27 at 2:00 pm at the Rathbone United Methodist Church with Pastor Mort Gridley officiating.
Burial will be in Addison Rural Cemetery.
Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY/.
