Barbara K. Sullivan, 75, of Addison passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Corning Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Corning.
Born on March 20, 1948 in Hornell, NY, Barb was the daughter of the late Theron Woodward and Audrey Jamison Woodward Mayo. Raised in Hornell, she was a 1967 graduate of Hornell High School.
Barb worked as a self-employed child daycare provider. She had also worked as a sales clerk at Wind’s Pharmacy in Addison as well as at the bakery of the Addison Big M. She often attended the South Canisteo Methodist Church with her mother. She enjoyed baking at home and was a very talented cake decorator.
On October 5, 1996, Barb and William J. Sullivan were married in Addison.
Surviving is her husband, William Sullivan of Addison, her son, Mark Eveland of Andover, her step sons, William (Missy) Sullivan of Savona, Brian (Kelly) Sullivan of Addison and Darrin Sullivan of Addison, her grandchildren, Noah, Reagan, Audreyanna, Nate, Gabe, Isabella, Hailey, Olivia, Jacob, Peyton, Makenna and Kayleen, her sister, Jennifer (Paul Jr.) Willis of Canisteo, her brother, Stephen (Sherry) Woodward of Addison, her aunts and uncles, Michael and Georgia Jamison, Joseph and Euclida Jamison and Janet Coates along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
Barb was preceded in death by her mother, Audrey “Corky” Mayo, her father, Theron Woodward and her sister, Sherry Eason.
Friends may call on Thursday, April 6 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home, 1607 Main St., Woodhull, NY. Barb’s funeral services will be held there on Friday at 11 am with Rev. Scott Towner officiating.
Burial will be in Woodhull Cemetery.
