Where do I even begin.
It doesn’t take me to say how great of a person Tim was or how he loved playing his sports like Softball or football in the back field at mom and dads everyday after school with Tyler Kellie and I.
He was so caring open minded and always there for you if you needed him. I talked to Tim on the phone just before his passing and we had a great conversation.
He was having a great day. He and I were talking about how some deer have started to rut a little bit and how he was hoping he got to see some Bucks on his way to work that day as he did all the time.
Tim loved walking those tracks to work, because he got to see so much wildlife, he wasn’t bothered by passing cars it was a peaceful walk and it was a place he got to clear his mind before his day at work.
He may have favored watching football than going out hunting but he definitely loved both, he got that from dad.
I got so much excitement when I got to watch Tim harvest deer on a few different occasions like the time he shot one in his underwear off the porch at mom and dads . Or the time he shot the deer in Addison with my .243 luckiest shot ever. Or even the look on his face when he and I were archery hunting and he had just shot a doe so he and I were standing in the field on the phone with dad and a Giant buck walked out not far from us. I thought he was gonna Crap himself.
Tim had some of the best reactions to things. I was fairly young when he killed his first Turkey but man did he have a huge smile on his face when he came home. I’ll always remember that. To this day I still don’t know who was more excited Tim or Dad Just like the day he shot his last Turkey in 2015. when I shot both my turkeys this year Tim called me up almost immediately after each hunt and was like bro tell me all about your hunt. How did it go. So I would carry on and tell him every single detail. He would start with his hell yeah bro good shit followed with you still have a long ways to catch me with his contagious laugh following.
Then I would follow with you still have a long way to catch me with Bucks haha. We would always bust on each other but it was out of nothing but love for one another.
When Tim and I traveled to Detroit last year so he could watch Miggys 3000 hit Celebrations and we snuck up behind home plate to get up close and personal with Miggy I wish y’all could’ve seen my brothers face. Tim was in glory.
Then having him fly to Miami last year to catch the Mets and Marlins games with me. We truly just enjoyed being with each other and spending quality time together.
We got to go on a Airboat ride and seen some Gators in the ever glades we watched some baseball and we even got to go to Miami Beach. I’ll never forget when Tim and I Went to the little Cuban restaurant in Miami for breakfast and Tim ordered some coffee y’all should’ve seen his face when they brought that tiny teacup of Cuban Expresso to him, then he carried on and ordered and another one after that at $5 a cup.
Tim loved nothing more than his family. And if he got to do something he loved to do with his family he was always at the Top of the world.
I’m so glad that I have that last trip to NY last month with him and got to watch the Tigers battle it out with the Yankees 1 last time. He got a Spencer Torkleson Ball thanks to me as he laughed cause I thought I done did broke my hand when I caught it. Just all those little moments. We had together will forever be in my heart.
We had planned on going to a Lions game next year and talked about catching the Mets Tigers game next year, I could carry on and on about all the great moments we had growing up but we would be here for 20 years telling those story’s.
Tim was so loved by everyone who knew him but I would say we were the lucky ones to beable to know Tim.
So today we will Mourn and tomorrow we will laugh a little bit and we will mourn some more. We will get through this tough loss because that’s exactly what Tim would want us to do.
We will love him always we will make sure that Leevi Addison and Asher Brantley Logan and Izzy never forget how much Uncle Timmy loved them, and we will step on that softball Diamond every year and every game and celebrate Tim’s life with the best way we could. Thank you to all who have showed up for our family the last few weeks and today we love you all. God Bless.

“Not Always Eye To Eye But Always Heart To Heart” You gave me a plaque with those words and it’s even more true now then the day you gave it to me. I love you so much Tim.
