Ellnora M. Hotaling, 81, of Cty. Rte. 100, Addison (Town of Tuscarora), passed away at home early Wednesday morning, November 1, 2023, following failing health.
Born in East Campbell, NY on March 20, 1942, Ellnora was the daughter of the late Ernest and Grace Demonstroy Culbertson. Primarily a homemaker, Ellnora had also worked in the logging industry with Frank Trautner in his lumber business.
On March 19, 1988, Ellnora and LaRue Theron Hotaling were married in Tuscarora. LaRue preceded her in death on February 1, 2008.
Ellnora is survived by her son, Keith Conner of Addison, sisters, Vivian Shaut of Elkland, PA and Charlotte Vaugn of Georgia along with many nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband LaRue, Ellnora was predeceased by her siblings, Ivan Culbertson, Earl Culbertson, Harry Culbertson, Charles Culbertson, Hulbert Culbertson, Elwyn Culbertson, Thelma Smith, Ruby Bloom and Pearl Lechner.
A graveside service will be held in Woodhull Cemetery at a time to be determined. She will be laid to rest next to her husband LaRue.
Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull.
