Mom was a wonderful giving woman and she would protect her children like a Mother Grizzly Bear if need be. She went without so her children could have what they needed or sometimes just wanted. I know that many times she would have liked the new outfit but instead I got it and she went without. She never saw the ocean or the mountains but was happy just being on the farm and not traveling, no matter how I tried to take her away for a few days.
She worked hard on the farm every day until it was no longer hers to work. She quietly left the only home she had known for decades and moved across the fields to another house, which was difficult for her but, it was what she knew she had to do. She didn’t ask for much but she had always dreamed of having a new home. She has her new home now where she can be with both of her Leos, and her broken heart can finally heal.
