Peggy L. Miles, 74, of Jasper St. Woodhull, passed away surrounded by her children on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa.
Born in Wellsboro, Pa, Peggy was the daughter of Howard Lee and Virginia L. (Young) Brockway Sr. She attended Williamson High School in Tioga, Pa.
On February 14, 1970, Peggy and Anthony E. Miles were married in Knoxville, Pa. Peggy is survived by her husband, Tony Miles of Woodhull, her children and their spouses, Carrie and Michael Lubberts of Woodhull, Chris Williams of Bath, Coleen and Jack Butler of Gillette, Wyoming and Greg and Melissa Miles of Jasper, her grandchildren, Bethany (Anthony) Herrington, David (Miriam) Lubberts, Nykolas (Tatiana) Miles, Andrea Williams, Lexus Miles-Burke, Isabella Maldonado, Camden Miles and Reagan Miles, 8 great grandchildren, her sisters, Nancy Fish of Elkland, Pa and Penny Leonard of Lindley, her brother, Howard (Barb) Brockway Jr. of Dansville, her half-brother, Mark Casey Fish of Elkland, Pa. and several nieces and nephews.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Ginny Mallacoccio and her grandson, Joey Lubberts.
A graveside service will be held for the immediate family at a later date in Chenango Cemetery, East Troupsburg.
Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull.
