Judson L. Gigee, 64, of Westfield, PA, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 at UPMC Williamsport.
Born in Blossburg, PA on March 3, 1960 to the late Loren L. and Beulah Mary (Winnie) Gigee, he grew up in Sabinsville.
Judson had been employed as a mechanic at Gary’s Tire Center as well as Dibble Tire Service. His last employment was as a truck driver and deliveryman for Keck’s Food Service in Millerton, PA. He has also worked as a farmer.
He enjoyed the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing and working on a farm. He liked various card games and throwing horse shoes. The only thing more dear to him than riding his Harley was time spent with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Bert Stocking (Ashley Warren), Beulah (Anthony) Nunn, Daisy Gigee (Mike Lord), Dixie (Richard) Horton, Deborah Gardner (John Arzberger), Tiffany Gigee (Dale Miller) Rita (David) Stedge Sir and her friend, Jeffery Nicholson, Duane Mattison, Courtney Gigee and David Hackett, his grandchildren, Andrew, Tamsin, Owen, Summer, Selana, Thomas, Richard, McKaylah, McKenzie, Ethan, Cheyenne, Nicholas, Ernest, Axel, Gaberal, Elizabeth and many more.
Judson was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Montana Gigee and his siblings, Betty Keener, Romane Gigee, Lorraine (Richard) Burton, Loren Gigee, Mary Burton and Rachel (William) Holley.
A Celebration of Life to honor Judson will be held on Sunday, May 5 at 2 pm at 34 Race St., Painted Post.
The family is being assisted by the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY.
