Obituary of Tyler M. Booth

Tyler M. Booth, 28, of Corning, NY died on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA as a result of a tragic accident. Tyler was born on December 1, 1995 in Elmira, NY to Eric Booth and Marie Peers Booth. He was a 2014 graduate of Addison High School and later attended Universal Technical Institute and the Peterbilt Institute earning a diesel mechanic certificate. Tyler worked 5 years at the Diesel Plant for Corning Incorporated and recently earned his CDL and was working for Southern Tier Provisions in Bath, NY. Tyler was raised in Woodhull, NY and volunteered at the Woodhull Fire Department for a few years. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved riding with his biker family. He was a loving, caring man who would come to your aid without question. He will truly be missed. Tyler is survived by his mother Marie Peers Booth, his brother Jeremy Booth and partner Amber Costley, his nephews who he adored, Silas, Calvin and Brecken. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins who he loved. A special shoutout to the many friends in and out of the motorcycle community who made a huge difference in his life. Tyler was predeceased by his father Eric Booth, his brother Wesley Booth, grandparents Abel and Mary Peers, Calvin and Barbara Booth and his uncle Michael Peers. All are welcome to join us for a celebration of life that will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024 starting at 1pm at 9392 Dry Run Road, Painted Post, NY. Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY.
