Obituary of George O. Bouton

George Bouton, 72, of County Route 21 Woodhull NY, passed away at home in the care of his family on December 17, 2024. Born to the late Edward J. and Dorothy F. (Allen) Bouton, January 12, 1952, in Hornell NY, George was a Jasper graduate and worked as a machinist for Dresser Rand in Painted Post NY. He was known for being an avid hunter, and when he was no longer able to go out on the hunt, George looked forward to visiting with family and friends to hear about their hunting adventures. He is survived by his wife, Cheri Bartlett; Daughters: Tracy (Derek) Stock of Jasper NY, Lori Enderle of Beaver Dams; Sons: Joseph (Cindy) Bouton of Woodhull NY, Troy (Natasha) Bouton of Cameron Mills NY; Sisters: Nancy (Walter) Larrabee of California, Sharon (Howard) Zeh of Woodhull NY, Jane Dennis of Cameron NY; Grandchildren: Michael, Thomas, Samantha, Hunter, Brooke, Hoyt, Darien, Alora, Cienna; seven Great Grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Besides his parents, George was predeceased by his brother Edward (Bucky) Bouton, and sister Jacquelyn Berryhill. According to Georges wishes there will be no services. Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son, Inc., Funeral Home, Woodhull NY.
