Obituary of Yvonne Reier

Yvonne Reier, 67, of County Route 81, Addison, passed away on Sunday morning, December 22, 2013 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa following a very sudden illness. Yvonne was born in Maltby, York County, England on January 19, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Constance May Jowitt Wilson. As a young child, she and her family moved to America. On October 4, 1988, she and Richard B. Reier were married in Laurel, Maryland. Dick preceded her in death on March 5, 2006. She and Dick had moved to the area from Maryland. Yvonne was a true animal lover who adored her pet dogs. She had worked as a waitress at the Old Mill Caf� in Woodhull and at the Raddison in Corning before that. She was also a housekeeper in the area for numerous families. Yvonne is survived by her son, Louis Joseph Hofheinz of Pasadena, Maryland, her sister, Brenda Wilson, along with many very dear friends that she had made in the area over the years that she lived here. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced as plans for a Memorial Service are made.
