Obituary of Frances J. Kirkum Taylor

Frances J. Kirkum Taylor, 60, of Mack Road, Tuscarora, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2014 at Corning Hospital. Born in Bath, NY on June 20, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Dorothy Wood Kirkum. She grew up in the Addison area and attended schools there before moving south where she graduated from White County High School in Cleveland, Georgia. She settled in Florida where she was a long time employee of A-1 Cleaners in Panama City. Upon becoming ill Frances returned to the area. Surviving Frances are her sons, Stanley Ray Roberts of Birmingham, Alabama, Marcus Edward Latty (Sandi Cash) of Clarksville, Georgia and Michael Anthony (Deanna) Taylor of Addison, NY, her mother, Dorothy Wood of Addison, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, her sisters, Celia Tritt of Cameron, NC, Ruth Feathers of Addison, Cindy Willis of Cameron Mills and Holly Bartholf of Addison, her brothers, Conrad Bartholf Jr. of Addison and several nieces and nephews. Frances was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Kirkum. Friends may call on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 5 to 7 PM at the H.P. Smith & Son Inc. Funeral Home in Woodhull. Her funeral service will follow there at 7 PM with Mr. Chris Blackwell officiating. Burial will be in Woodhull Cemetery.
