Obituary of Charles English
Please share a memory of Charles to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Charles "Bucky" English, 80 years old of Addison, has gone back to the farm, peacefully after a long battle with lung disease from home on Friday, May 30, 2014 with his family beside him. Buck was a loving, caring man. A simple man with wonderful happiness and attitude pouring from him at all times with everyone. Buck's biological family from Pennsylvania, have all gone on. Our family, (Fay, Florence "Skip", Joan, Jim, Connie, Janine and Bert) Gardner came together when Bucky was a strong young man and worked the family farm until 1979 when Fay, Skip and Bucky retired. Buck was never fully retired however, as he continued to take care of the whole family. Bucky is survived by Joan, Connie, Janine, a large extended family, best friend, Dave Crane and his wife Sue and many, many helping, loving friends. Bert, Fay, Skip and Jim are waiting for Buck to come till the fields again. We all take comfort in knowing Bucky had a wonderful life, doing the things he loved most. Farming and caring for others. Following Bucky's wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be made in Woodhull Cemetery. Bucky says "see you on page 7".
