Lindley, NY | Larry J. Neally, 63, of the Clendenning Road, Lindley, passed away at home on Friday, June 6, 2014 Larry was born in Corning, NY on March 29, 1951, the son of the late John and June Ball Neally. He attended Corning schools and was a 1969 graduate of Corning West High School. He had been employed at one time at the former A&P Food Plant in Horseheads. Larry was a warehouse manager for several businesses over the years and retired in that position from Alstom in Hornell, NY. On August 18, 1973, he and the former Candace Dunn were married at the Freeman Baptist Church. Candy survives. He and Candy were both active members of the Tuscarora Baptist Church. Besides Candy, his wife of over 40 years, Larry is survived by his daughters and son in law, Kristi Neally-Lehmann of Ithaca, NY and Jamie and Ryan Crawford of Newfield, NY, his grandchildren, Talia Lehmann, Mason Lehmann and Ilana Lehmann, his brothers, Steven (Cindy) Neally of Lawrenceville, Pa., Jeffery (Mary Lou) Neally of Lawrenceville, Pa. and Thomas (Vicki) Neally of Thurston, NY, his sister, Barbara (Richard) Heffner of Lindley, NY, his father in law and mother in law, Arthur & Dorothy Dunn of Woodhull, NY and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other in laws. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, John Neally and June Ball and his infant grandson, Langston Crawford. Friends may call on Tuesday, June 10 from noon to 2 PM at the Tuscarora Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow there at 2 PM with Pastor Rollin Howard officiating. Burial will be in Presho Cemetery, Town of Lindley. Memorials may be made to either the kitchen fund at the Tuscarora Baptist Church or to the Corning Cancer Center.
