Fanny H. Koon, 72, of Tree Top Lane, Franklin, NC, died January 10, 2015 at home after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Rathbone, NY on November 20, 1942, she was the daughter of John E. and Cecile M. Wade Harrington. She was a member of the Addison United Methodist Church. She was retired from Westinghouse-Philips Lighting of Bath. Fanny married Elwyn D. Koon on May 1, 1999. He survives. She is also survived by her sister, Peggy Miller of Lawrenceville, Pa. She is preceded in death by brothers, James and Leon Harrington and Robert Whiting and her sisters, Betty Housel and Mary Seymour. There will be no local visitation or services. Burial will be in Town Line Cemetery, Cameron Mills, NY at the convenience of the family.
