��George F. Coxe Jr., 56, of Wagner Road, Tyrone, NY (Lamoka Lake), died quite suddenly at home on Sunday, June 14, 2015. George was born in Sunbury, PA on Oct. 7, 1958, the son of George F. and Patricia (Fernandez) Coxe. He grew up in Northumberland, PA where he was a 1977 graduate of Shikellamy High School. He then attended Johnstown Vocational School. As a teenager, George was a lifeguard. He has always enjoyed the outdoors. He had been a hunter and still loved to fish. He was an avid motorcyclist, a passion that he shared with his wife Kim in their many trips together. George was a dedicated Mason. He belonged to Westfield Lodge in Pennsylvania and had recently joined the Lamoka Lodge in Tyrone. In Westfield, he had served as both lodge treasurer and secretary. George was currently employed as the Director of Elections in Tioga County, PA, a job held for the last 14 years. Prior to that he had served Northumberland County, PA in the same capacity. He retired there after 25 years of service. On September 30, 2006, he and Kimberly Mason were married in Woodhull. She survives. George was preceded in death by his brother in law, Todd Kauffman. Surviving is his wife Kim of Tyrone, his parents, George and Patricia Coxe of Northumberland, PA, his siblings, Cheryl (Rick) Zeeger of Maryland, Mark Coxe of Northumberland, Carol (Bill) Elliott of Selinsgrove, PA and Leslie Kauffman of Northumberland, his step children, Kurtis (Anna) Herlocher of Columbus, Ohio and Kristen Cameron of Woodhull, grandchildren, Elijah and Gabrielle, 8 nephews, 2 nieces, 3 great nieces and 1 great nephew. A memorial service will be held at a later time at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to Camp Good Days at www.campgooddays.org. ��
