Elmira, NY | Zane F. House, 77, of West 4th St. Elmira, passed away at home on Saturday, June 20, 2015. Born in Hornell, NY on January 17, 1938, Zane was the son of the late Edgar and Mildred (Davis) House. He attended school in Jasper. He was a long time employee of the former Whele Electric in Elmira where he retired as a shipping agent. His daughter, Peggy Sue Houghtling preceded him in death. He is survived by his 4 daughters, Sherri (Terry) Phenrsdorf of Olean, NY, Bonni Valentine (Russell Karr) of Hornell, Tracy House of Elmira and Diane (Brian) O'Buckley of Charlotte, NC, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Barbara Northrup of Sodus, NY, Ronald (Christine) House of Avon, NY, Glenn (Janet) House of Elmira, Bonnie Matacle of North Hornell, Robert (Paula) House of Jasper, Ann Banfield of Corning, Lisa (Tom) Davis of Hornby and Jay (Wendy) House of Jasper and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Jasper Cemetery, Jasper, NY.��
