Obituary of Elaine A. Tracy

REXVILLE: Elaine A. Tracy, 62, of Cty. Rte. 98 passed away Saturday (July 18, 2015) at her home surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Elaine was born May 28, 1953 in Hornell to Stewart and Helen (Colegrove) Allen. On August 26, 1972, in Rexville, she married David A. Tracy who survives and resides in Rexville. Elaine was a graduate of Hornell High School and was employed as an administrative assistant at Alstom Company in Hornell and had also own and operated her own ceramic business from her home. She was a member of the Greenwood American Legion Auxillary and enjoyed the time spent with her family and friends. In addition to her husband David Tracy of Rexville, Elaine is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Samantha and Joshua Mullen of Gloucester, VA. and her three wonderful grandchildren: Sage, Taven and Sophia Mullen. She is also survived by 10 brothers and sisters: Erwin (Elaine) Allen of Rexville, David (Sharon) Allen of Greenwood, Jeannette (Clayton) Stock of Hartsville, Paula (Robert) House of Jasper, Stewart "Butch" Allen of Rexville, Suzanne (Steve) Turner of Sellersburg, IN., Waneta Crosby of Louisville, KY., Ethan (Patricia) Allen of Jacksonville, N.C., Michael (Juanita) Allen of Rexville and Alan "AJ" Allen (Joanne Ordiway) of Greenwood, many, many nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours or services. The family would like to invite all family and friends to a celebration of life, with fellowship and memories, for Elaine on Saturday (July 25, 2015) at 1:00 PM at her home at 1478 Cty.
