Binghamton, NY | Elizabeth R. Livingston, 86, of Harpursville, NY, formerly of Binghamton and Allegany County, NY, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Johnson City, NY after a brief acute illness. Born in Wellsville, NY on March 10, 1929, she was the daughter of William R. and Rachel Towsley Boucher. She married Lloyd L. Livingston on August 1, 1954. Lloyd preceded her in death on June 25, 1999. Elizabeth was a homemaker and had also worked as a textile worker in Allegany County. For the last thirty years of her life, Elizabeth had become an avid and devoted student of the Holy Bible. She had a strong belief in the upcoming resurrection and looked forward to being able to once again do all the things that she loved. Besides her parents and her husband, Elizabeth was predeceased by her sister, Lodi Risley and her brother, Merle Boucher. She is survived by one special niece, Linda Jennings, several other nieces and nephews and her dear friend, Anita Cornell of Binghamton. She also very much appreciated Mary and Merritt Palmer who kindly shared their home and family for the last couple of years of her life. There will be no public services. Her ashes will be interred with her husband in Woodhull Cemetery, Woodhull, NY.��
