Words never adequately express our sorrows at times likes this, with a man such as Alan in mind.He held a zeal for life that I often envied. Growing up, Alan was always the outgoing type, a whiz in high school band, an unsung hero while serving in the Navy, a devoted husband, Dad and friend to the Addison community. I lost more than just a cousin, I lost a damn fine buddy. Our thoughts and fervent prayers are with the family.
