Gladys L. Keegan, 80, of County Route 100, Addison, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Corning Center for Rehabilitation in Corning. Born in Corning on May 16, 1935, Gladys was the daughter of the late William and Luella (Morseman) Borden. She was married to Robert Keegan who preceded her in death on Apr. 26, 2011. They were married at the Salvation Army in Corning on Aug. 26, 1951. They had made their home together in Corning for many years. Gladys was a homemaker and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She adored her grandchildren and cherished time together with them. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed playing scratch off lottery tickets. She also always enjoyed of old western movies and TV shows as well as being a huge fan of the Price is Right. Besides her husband, Gladys was predeceased by her daughter, Eva Martha Keegan, her brother, Herbert Borden and her sisters, Wanita Oswald, Donna Perry, Pauline Gleason and Janet Conklin. Surviving are her children, Ronald Keegan of Rochester, James Keegan of Syracuse and Edna and Kevin Gee of Addison, her grandchildren, Kevin (Kim) Gee, Wendy Luce and Julie Burdick, 15 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren, her sister, Beatrice VanZile of Horseheads, her brothers, Leroy Borden of Horseheads, Wayne (Bonnie) Borden of Elmira and Maynard Borden of Florida along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call on Tuesday, February 23 from 3 to 5 PM at the H.P. Smith & Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1607 Main St. Woodhull, NY. Funeral services will follow at 5 PM with Rev. John Randall officiating. Burial will be in Woodhull Cemetery. ��
