Cameron, NY | Sandra L. Canute, 70, of Haley Drive, Cameron, NY, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Corning Hospital. Sandy was born in Corning on July 16, 1945, the daughter of the late Theron and Isadora (Porter) Hotaling. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. Sandy loved to play Yahtzee and adored her family, especially her many grandchildren. Sandy is survived by her children, Daniel (Betty) Canute of Addison, Marlene Pickels of Cameron, Aaron (Jessica) Canute of Addison and Ila (Alan) Estep Jr. of Cameron, 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, she had 7 siblings and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held for Sandy at a later date. Memorials may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation. ��
