CRAWFORD, Dorothy A. 87, died in Greenville, SC on Saturday, July 16, 2016. Dorothy was born in South Gibson, PA, July 11, 1929 and was the daughter of Richard and Helen Manning. Dorothy lived most of her life in Cameron Mills. She was a graduate of Mansfield University and taught Kindergarten in the Addison School District. After retirement she resided in Painted Post, NY during the summer months and Brooksville, Florida (High Point Community) winters. Dorothy was a member of the Eastern Star of Cameron Mills and the Cameron Mills United Methodist Church. After retirement she was a member of the High Point Golf Club for 16 years. Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Jane Crawford of Baltimore, MD and Patricia (Philippe) Moisa of McLean, VA; son, William (Tricia) Crawford of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Christopher (Claire), Nicholas (Alessandra Hickey), and Michelle Cilip, Lea Moisa, James Cameron Crawford, and Kendall Crawford; two great grandchildren; brother, Arnold Manning of South Gibson, PA; and sister Faye Steele of Milton, NJ. She is predeceased by her husband, James; her grandson, Alexander Moisa; and sister, Joyce Frederici. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on August 13th at the Town Line Cemetery in Cameron Mills.
