Obituary of Jennifer L. Symonds

Jennifer L. Symonds, 40, of Brown School Road, Woodhull, NY, passed away at home on Friday, December 23, 2016. Born in Elmira, NY on August 12, 1976, Jennifer was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Wilson) Symonds. She was a graduate of South Seneca High School in Ovid, NY. Jennifer had been employed as a sales clerk in various convenience stores in the region. She loved to write and especially expressing her thoughts and feelings in poetry. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Elizabeth “Lizzy” Symonds of Woodhull, Her parents, Mary & Joseph Symonds of Woodhull, her sister, Michelle Agapito of Addison, her niece, Jordyn Agapito and her nephew, Alexander Agapito, her dear friend and roommate, Jessica Cahill of Woodhull, her maternal grandfather, Dwight Wilson of Seneca Falls, NY, her paternal grandmother, Norine Symonds of Addison and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may call on Wednesday, December 28 from 2 to 4 PM at the H.P. Smith & Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1607 Main St. Woodhull, NY. Funeral services will follow there at 4 PM with Rev. Brian Diffenbacher officiating. With Jennifer being a great animal lover, memorials in her name are requested to Paradise Gardens animal rescue in Woodhull, NY.
