I would like to say that I'm so very sorry to hear of the passing of Howard. I've known him for many years. He was a wonderful man. I remember as a young girl, Howard helped my father find the right spot to dig the well, with two sticks. The well has never run dry. It was like magic. I had the pleasure of babysitting his daughters, Vicki and Karen, for several years and hiring his son, David. I met his wife Suki. May you all find peace knowing Howard is another one of Gods angels

Dear Suki,
I am a friend of your next door neighbor's (Dona) and often visited with Howard when he was building the little Model A car. I gave Howard the framed picture of him driving it in the Memorial Day Parade. I am so sorry for your loss but know he isn't suffering any more. He was a lovely man and you both are wonderful neighbors to Dona. Stay strong and re-visit special happy memories. Please convey my sincere condolences to David and Howard's daughters.
In Sympathy,
Brenda O'Brien

Howard was a very important mentor in my life in many ways. Not only did he teach me the finer details of woodworking which I still use today but also the finer details of life .I never had a boring conversation with Howard and I always came away a bit smarter in the ways of the world. I will never forget our removing a cast iron bathtub from my house as he remodeled...he had help in the form of a large man with torn shirt and ragged jeans....he introduced me to Gene Davis and really taught me that the clothes do NOT make the man, Though I haven't had much contact with Howard in the past few years...I will truly miss the man. My condolences to the family ...Suki, David, Karen and Vicki. May God Bless......
