Obituary of Anthony D. Tiffany

Anthony D. Tiffany, 31, of Union, SC, formerly of Addison, NY, died very suddenly on Friday, March 31, 2017 at his job in Spartanburg, SC. Born in Corning, NY on August 25, 1985, Anthony was a son of Cheryle (Dean) and Shawn Tiffany. He resided in Addison as a teenager and graduated from Addison Central School in 2006. He had attended Coopers Career Center (BOCES) and received a certificate in auto body repair. He was currently the night manager for Kentucky Fried Chicken at a store in Spartanburg. Before moving south, Anthony had worked at the Sit-n-Bull Pub in Painted Post and the Red Lobster in Horseheads. He enjoyed working on vehicles and riding 4 wheelers. Anthony loved to fish, especially ice fishing. He is survived by his mother, Cheryle Tiffany (Dwayne Sigmon) of Claremont, NC, his father, Shawn Tiffany of Woodhull, his companion, Amber Hall of Union, his biological father, Ernest S. Button Jr. of Addison, his maternal grandparents, Patricia Waring of Addison and Gary (Paula) Dean of Addison, his brothers, Johnathon (Crystal) Tiffany of Claremont, NC and Nathan (Kayla) Tiffany of Lincolnton, NC, his sister, Shawnna (Will) Storey of Sault St. Marie, MI, and several aunts uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call on Saturday, April 8 from 2 to 4 PM at the H.P. Smith & Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1607 Main St., Woodhull, NY. Anthony’s funeral services will follow there at 4 PM with Rev. Morris Gridley Jr. officiating.
