Very shocked to hear the news of Terry's passing. He was a great friend who lit up a room whenever he was in it. Whether at his job on the Town Highway, Fire Dept or a brief visit over coffee, you could count on him to bring a smile and a laugh to everyone! The Troupsburg community has lost a true gem and will never be the same. My heart and prayers go out to Wanda, his girls and the entire family at this most difficult time. We will all miss him!
