I personally never had the opportunity to meet Aunt Pauline although I wish I had. I enjoyed hearing of her life and getting updates from her loving niece, Kay. When two people have known each other for over 25 years like Kay and I have, the families of each person become intertwined. I always asked Kay how Aunt Pauline was doing because I knew Kay and Pauline had been talking on the phone for hours when I would call and get a busy signal. I knew of Aunt Pauline's passion for reading so I would pick up local newspapers for Kay to send to Aunt Pauline. I admired Pauline's thirst for learning of other places and people. Aunt Pauline will be greatly missed by a person who never even met her. I think that says a lot of her ability to touch the lives of others. I hope heaven has books!

It's a joy to know that my friend can breathe easy and is in health and full of life; we look forward to seeing her again! Take time to remember all of your special times and think about how her life lives on by what she instilled in you! I appreciate the friendship and listening ear that she always gave to me! Hugs to you all!
