Obituary of Robert L. Graham

GREENWOOD: Robert L. “Bob” Graham, 81, of Ste. Rte. 417 passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 at his home in Greenwood after an extended illness.

Bob was born on September 10, 1938 in Saginaw, MI. to the late George H. and Isabel (Muro) Graham, the youngest of their twelve children, all now deceased. He graduated from Wayne State University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and from the University of Connecticut with a Masters’ in Business Administration, MBA. He served in the U. S. Army reserves. He worked at Great Lakes Steel in Michigan, then Republic Foil in Danbury, CT which became National Aluminum, part of National Steel, and for Kovacs Construction Company in Danbury, CT.

Bob is survived by his wife of 47 years Mary F Graham of Greenwood, a son Jacob Graham of Atlanta, GA., a daughter Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Graham Lamy (David) of Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX., two grandsons Ryan and Jeff Lamy, and numerous nieces and nephews.

At the family’s request there will be no public calling hours or service, services and burial will be private at a later date.  

Memorial contributions in Bob’s name may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
