Obituary of Neva B. Birdsall/Lawrence

CANISTEO: Neva B. Birdsall/Lawrence, 90, of Purdy Creek Rd. passed away Tuesday (August 21, 2012) at Highland Healthcare Center in Wellsville where she had resided since July of 2010. Neva was born June 6, 1922 in Hornell to George and Dora (Nash) Mitchell. She was predeceased by husbands Norman Smith, William Birdsall and Everett Lawrence. She was also predeceased by a son James Birdsall and a sister Margaret Hathaway. Survivors include three daughters: Kay (Timothy) Martin of Naples, FL. Connie (Dennis) Wyant of Wellsville and Judy (Larry) Lockwood of Arkport, one son: Bill (Laurie) Birdsall of Canisteo and daughter-in-law Barbara Bridsall of Canisteo. Her 9 grandchildren: Kathy Sampson, Jason Wyant, Kelly Krause, Stephanie Mitchell, Becky Johnson, Scott Lockwood, Michael Lockwood, Joseph Birdsall and Brandon Birdsall and 12 great grand children. There were no calling hours or service. A private graveside service was held at the convenience of the family. Burial was made in the Birdsall Family Cemetery in Canisteo.
