Congratulations , on your decision to puscahre a home, I would suggest that before you decide to re-fi I would speak with your current loan/lien holder on the vehicle and tell them that you would like to modified the terms of your present contract, because you can get better terms through another company, many times they will re-construct the loan, because they do not want to loose the business. If this approach does not work I would look at all credit unions etc. Bringing your debt to income ratio down is always a good thing. I would also talk to a good mortgage broker, they may be able to assist you in this decision.

Dear Barbara, I often thought of your mother as I traveled back and forth on 248 taking care of Dad, and then the farm. It was a blessing that she could stay in her home to the end. We should all be so lucky.

I am very sorry of the loss of your Mom and grandmother. Even though I don't know Marjorie that well. I certainly know she was a very nice lady. I would have liked to come and see everyone, but I have had a lot of feet problems and can't stand on them very well.
