To Cindy and family: We were so sad to hear of Steve's passing on - we had hoped to share another family get together on July 23.
Steve was a thoughtful, caring, and an all-around great person. As a cousin, I also grew up working on a dairy farm. Steve would always manage to add fun and humor to our occasional family get-togethers, making us to temporarily forget about all the work we needed to do later. Even though I knew it was only to retrieve home run balls, he included me to play baseball in the far, far outfield a couple of times as the only girl on the ""team." All his life, he was the same inclusive, friendly, and fun person.
The pictures start in First Grade Class. (I have my Aunt M. Dempsey's yearbook from when she was in high school at TCS.) In another picture, Steve even added humor on his graduation picture's note to me.
