I worked with Will at SUNY Maritime College in the Bronx for a few years. He was a good friend, always on top of thing for our lab and making waves for the "establ;ished" faculty.
We connected after several years and our family visited their place in Canisteo where a swan tried to attack us and Sally came to the rescue! She was awesome!
We last spoke with them in April or May 2023. Hadn't heard from them and looked up Williard on the web and found their joint obit. Sorry to see them go.
