I have many good memories of time spent playing in his backyard and enjoying picnics and holidays together as a child. He was a very kind uncle with a smile for everyone. So very sorry to hear of Lonnie's passing. I remember him as a child a sweet quiet boy who raised bunny rabbits. After losing contact with him over the years, I was surprised to see him at a car show, and he remembered me. He looked the same as I remembered, those big blue eyes and great smile. I still could sense his sweet nature, and only wish I had been able to know more about him. My condolences to his family and ask God to send peace and comfort to each of their hearts.

To my loving sister Diane, my niece Mel, my nephew Chad and their families: I love you all so very much. I'm going to miss Lon a lot. I was lucky to have been able to have told him so and how much I appreciated him as a brother-in-law and thanked him for being there for me when no one else was. You could always count on him to help you out. He was a great guy! He's at rest now and at peace. Wishing you all peace to bring you comfort, courage to face the days ahead,and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.
