ARKPORT: Mabelle F. Karns, 98, of Sullivan St. passed away peacefully Saturday (July 20, 2013) at the Vincent House in Wayland following a brief illness. Mabelle was a lifelong resident of the Arkport area and will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. At Mabelle's request there will be no calling hrs. or funeral service a graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Arkport Heritage Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Mabelle Karns's name may be made to the Vincent House, 310 Second Ave., P.O. Box 566, Wayland, N.Y. 14572.
