Thelma and family, Lew was my training officer when I arrived at GPD. He was kind and patient and we were not only co workers but close friends over the 15 years we worked together. I also know how much he loved his family and he often spoke of all of you and especially the accomplishments of his children. He was someone I could always count on to be there on dangerous calls and assignments. It was a pleasure and an honor to serve with him. I know that God has a special a special place for him.

To the Bryant Family; Knowing Louie for many years as a police officer of the Town of Gates, I know this is a great loss for you. He was a true gentleman, friend to many in Gates and was one of the forerunners of the Gates Police Department. You have my deepest sympathies.
