I just learned about Ruth's passing. She was an amazing lady whom I remember well when growing up in Freeman. Buzz was a good friend too. She had many heartaches losing so many loved ones but still cared so much for others and always had a smile. She will be missed but has a better home now without pain or suffering. My sincere sympathy to her family.

I'm sorry I could not attend but my heart was there! I loved Aunt Ruth so very very much. To us Compson kids she was an elegant lady!! We had so much respect for her and in the later years I loved talking family with her. She knew everything about everyone and shared many laughs with her. She is with her other sisters and Uncle Porter and no longer hurting. She did not deserve to hurt, a wonderful lady. R>I>P> Aunt Ruth and look over us all. Give my Mom a hug for me. xxoo

Praying for the family and friends of Ruth - God bless you Ruth, thank you for being such a wonderful neighbor when I was growing up! Thank you for your wisdom that you shared with me although I admit, a that time, I did not take it with a grain of salt! REst in peace dear friend! GOD BLESS!
