I am very sad to hear the news of Elliot's passing. He was a true Troupsburg gentleman who was always ready to help his neighbors when needed. Whether it was with the Fire Department, Town Justice or at his job as school bus driver, he was always ready to pitch in and lend a hand where needed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Darlene and his entire family at this most difficult time. Rest In Peace my dear friend! This community will miss you!
